We had a very strange experience yesterday at your store... I brought my boys in for school haircuts (6 and 8 years old). I informed the stylists of what we wanted and all was good (there was only one other customer in the store). The stylist asked if I wanted to sit in the lobby and I asked my son what he wanted, and he replied he wanted me to hang out with him which I obviously preferred. The stylist then said, "Actually, I need you to go to the lobby, theres a sign on the wall. It's for insurance reasons". At this point both boys were in the middle of cuts so I moved (what choice did I have). I was able to see one son from the lobby and asked the stylist if she could shampoo his hair. The other came out with styled and gelled hair and I asked he she could wash his hair as well (which I would have asked but I wasnt allowed to be next to him and she didnt ask). Then my 8 and 6 year olds were taken to a separate room for the wash where I couldnt see anything, and wasnt allowed to go. Ive never been to a place like that and certainly dont plan to return. While waiting, I found the sign she was referencing and it advises "For their safety, Children are only permitted in the cutting area when receiving services". When a different stylist was checking us out, I referenced the sign and asked "Doesnt that mean kids cant be back there, but its OK for parents?" She didnt have much of a response other than they dont allow people to sit in the chairs (which I wasnt) and safety issues with scissors. All in all, strange experience that cost $45 after tip. I attempted to contact a manager today but no answer and no voicemail. Will try again soon. I believe this store is intended for Adults and they should just be up front about that. Look elsewhere if you are a family

I grew my hair out because I wanted a change from my usual military shorter hair cut and only planned on getting a little cut off. I specifically told this to the lady working on my hair. Her name is Cypress. I told her I did not want to go with what's on my file. I told her exactly what I wanted. I was watching the Portland Atlanta game on TV the entire time and wasn't paying attention to my hair. I never had to before. Well, she completely gave me the wrong hair cut and I ended up with a hair cut I wanted to avoid. The store was closing and they seemed rushed, I didn't want any trouble. I gave her the benefit of doubt, thought maybe it was a mistake and even gave the usual $10 tip. It wasn't until I was driving home I realized she had shaved the back of my head about 1 to 1.5 inch up from my neck. I took my receipt and went online to leave a review. I left my number and email and got nothing in return. The employees there that day let me walk out of the store like that. I posted 3 photos on Google Maps of my haircut. Growing up in a military family and being in the military myself you can imagine how many haircuts I've had and I've never had anything close to this happen before. The worst part was how no one there said anything to me about it. I'm sure there are cameras there. There was a woman sweeping the floor next to me and I thought I sensed tension between her and Cypress. Now I know why. Horrible experience. Now people stare at me while my hair evens out, I'm out money, and time but it's the lack of character from those employees that hurt most.

The only reason I kept going back here for several is because of one stylist I saw that had great customer service and did an awesome job on my cuts every time. Tawyna Berry. She moved up the ladder fast cause she was so good. Well, every time I encountered the owner she was always rude, her respect and care for her employees was horrible and that ment they had a huge turnover rate. I will never go back to this place again and I hope my review will help others realize there are better places to get your hair cut.
